This is the second of three cards that I created using both the Color Theory Memories and More Card Pack. Using the leaves from the Seasonal Layers Thinlets from the Colorful Seasons Bundle. It was easy to create but looks fabulous!
Cards - Quick and Easy
Love, love love the Colorful Season Bundle! I cannot believe the versatility of this set! Using basic grey, old olive and whisper white cardstock paired with the Wood Textures DSP and a masculine card just about designed itself!
Don't you just adore those leaves? Put them next to anything and they add a lot of punch. The Pretty Label Bundle makes creating labels a snap too! Stamp stamp, punch punch and you are done!
The directions are on the TAMS link and the material list follows the list and links to the other bloggers! Enjoy!
Well this was tooo easy! I purchased the Color Theory Memories and More Card Pack because it coordinated so well with the Colorful Seasons Bundle. I made a four season frame that I will be teaching in a class and then started playing with the cards I had left. Some I will use for scrapbook pages, but I was pleasantly surprised when in a half an hour I had three cards completed! This is the first!
Today I am using the Lovely Words Thinlets to make a birthday card for that special person that always looks put together so well. Silver foil paper always looks soooo classy. Add the silver from the designer's series paper pack with it and you cannot go wrong. This is an out of the box card that makes use of both the space inside the heart and outside the heart giving you the feeling of someone looking into a mirror.
The first Monday in June, the talented demos of the Color Fuser's Blog Hop will be back in business. I love the designs of this talented group and cannot wait to see what they come up with! This one was really a challenge using basic grey, old olive, whisper white, Bermuda bay and / or rich raspberry. I limited my design to three colors and came up with a masculine design. Yes, you will have to wait until the first Monday in June to see it!
