The First Bundle I Purchased From the Spring Mini! Perennial Lavender! Lovely!

Love love love the DSP and stamps and dies from the Perennial Lavender Suite!  The purple Gorgeous Grape and lavender Fresh Freesia and Crumb Cake colors coordinate so well with Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon.  Who knew!  Gorgeous.  This card just fell together so easily using this suite!

This is a great new fold that gives you the opportunity to highlight two sides of the DSP as well as three places to add notes or sentiments!

Coffee and a Card July 18 at 9 or Noon

Join me for Coffee and a Card!  Make four cards with some fun twists!  A fence card, a center of attention card, and a surprise card!
 In addition, we will make one sympathy card using the One Horse Open Sleigh DSP above.  This will not be a part of the Christmas Card One Horse Open Sleigh Class but will give you another idea of something fun to do with this beautiful landscape DSP!

Look What You Missed!

We had a wonderful event at St. John’s on Saturday to promote their card ministry.  They made five cards, enjoyed some treats, received prizes and gifts and made new friends!  There were several new stampers there that did a wonderful job!  When they were done, they created a card with a cross on it and a proverb inside to send to home bound members of the church.  Several participants shared stories of how much these cards meant to the people that received them, and several signed up to join the card ministry!

The projects are posted below.  Several were copied and tweaked from the internet, others are my original designs.

Love the Earthen Elegance Suite!

The Earthen Elegance Suite is wonderful.  Below is an example of one of the cards we created at Coffee and a Card!  It looks complicated, but is very simple!  We will be making another beautiful version -different papers and colors-of this pop up card at my St. John’s event on June 17th from 9 to noon.  Make 5 cards plus one for the church, win some prizes, enjoy some treat and make new friends.  Contact me or message me if you’d like to attend!  The card below uses the Earthen Elegance Suite bundle and DSP as well as the new Pecan Pie ink and Cardstock.

Below the card samples is a black and white sample of all of the goodies in the Earthen Elegance Bundle.  Our downline was inspired by Suzann to form a swap group.  We each pick our favorite bundle, cut out all of dies and share on a piece of cardstock.  The we create 2 cards with the suite and mail them to each other.  Brilliant!
