A Second Way to Design!

Think OUTSIDE THE BOX in your cardmaking.  Grab a piece of Stampin' Up!'s Designer's Series Paper (DSP)  and coordinating cardstock.  I love to use smaller pieces or scrap pieces of DSP on my cards and let the size of the DSP determine my card design.  On this card I used the It's My Party DSP from the spring mini and the Saleabration set Botanicals.  Instead of putting a belly band on the bottom, I put a belly band on the top so the balloons had something to hang from.
