Another Paper Saver!

This week's card uses a four by four piece of Pop of Pink Designer's Series paper. Image
If you design cards that use four by four pieces of Designer Series Paper (DSP), you will get NINE cards out of each sheet instead of only six! On this card I cut off a 1 1/4 inch piece of Melon Mambo cardstock from one side leaving a 4 1/4 by 4 1/4 section and added my four by four piece of DSP. The Vertical Greetings stamp set is one of my new favorites! I stamped it on a 1 5/8 by 3 3/8 piece of Whisper White Cardstock. Underneath the Basic Black Cardstock is an 1/8th an inch larger on each side! I stamped the topiary in black and then fussy cut a Melon Mambo heart to pop over it. I punched hearts using the Confetti Hearts Border and glued one to the flower pot. Want to save even more cardstock, but create an even MORE WOW CARD? Watch for my post next week! I will show you how to use just a flat 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inch piece of cardstock to create a card that opens but again only uses a 4 by 4 or smaller piece of DSP! All of these supplies may be ordered directly from me at http://patertman.stampinup.net. Use the hostess code 977Z97UN to order in June! If you put your contact information in when you order, I'll be able to send you a cool thank you card using one of these engineered techniques!

Love it! Anything that gets the most out of a sheet of DSP is great! Thanks for sharing!
